My complete review of Mukunda ------>>>> Mukunda Movie Review
Mukunda has carried a lot of expectations since the beginning. Be it a debut film of Varun tej or its being directed by the successful director Srikanth Addala, the audience eagerly waited for the big day. But it’s really disappointing to say that it is a disappointing effort. The film failed to reach the expectations of the audience as well as Mega Fans.
The viewers have seen the best of the best from Srikanth Addala in SVSC and this time Srikanth has come down a step by selecting a simple story for a debutant. The narration fell flat and the intensity of emotions he has portrayed in the first half want carried to the second half and the anxiety in the audience started decreasing gradually and the viewers ended up feeling bored. One more interesting part of the film is that There Is No Single Dialogue between the Hero and Heroine in the entire film but still you enjoy watching the lead pair on screen with good Background Score. Finally, Mukunda is a disappointing film but it did not fail in making you excited at several points in the film.

Mukunda is targeted on Youth and the
director reveals it in the beginning itself and as a result the complete story
revolves around a young guy from a rural background. Srikanth Addala should be
praised for choosing the subjects that are very natural and which happen in
between us. All the other film makers are involved in making subjects based on
Mafia, Revenge Drama, Love but Srikanth travels to the rural areas infact he
enters our houses to portray our own story on screen. We get connected easily
to his stories but it did not happen with Mukunda. For some reason, Mukunda
failed to connect our heart and it was struck in mind to find the reason WHY?
The debut hero Varun Tej was shown
in a promising way in the trailers and posters but infact, he looked very
nervous throughout the film. Some sort of hesitation and fear of success is clear
on his face. His screen presence is good. His dialogue delivery is good but he
could not present big dialogues properly. Varun Tej debut is not impressive and
he needs to work out well to justify his tag “Mega Hero.” Pooja Hegde is the
girl for whom maximum audience entered theatres today. She is gorgeous in the
film and reached the expectations. She has a scope of reaching top place in the
industry if planned her career properly. The cinematography by Manikandan is
outstanding. The editing could have been better in the second half. The music
and BGM by Mickey J Meyer is impressive and it is very pleasant.
The dialogues in Srikanth Addala
films are heart touching and there are many meaningful and simple yet
meaningful dialogues in this film. The way Srikanth writes resembles the voice
of common man. Few examples of Srikanth Addala direction is that he has chosen
a simple and natural story where the lead actors come across each other only at
the time of interval though they roam in same places. Generally, we travel to
different places daily and we may not notice few persons in the journey though
they sit, walk very close to us but when time comes something that was already
written comes into reality. The director tried to impart a message especially
to youth by saying us to realize our strength and weakness to have a successful
ending to our story penned by God. The execution has gone wrong and it affected
the final result of the film. There might be an effect on collections too!
